For years, every weekend, I spent three hours on the same data — CoT reports, seasonality, term structure, evaluating market after market by hand before I even thought about a trade.
At some point it was clear: this legwork had to become software. Not to replace the thinking — but to give back the hours spent gathering data. Time belongs to the decision, not the spreadsheet.
