Oliver has been actively trading the markets since 2011. Trained as a precious metals trader in Hamburg, later professionalised at a London prop trading firm. In 2020 he published his book „Das komplette Börsengrundwissen" – the four investor types it introduces remain the foundation of TradeNeon’s programs today. In 2021 he founded the Sparing Investment Academy, which has since grown into TradeNeon FZCO – an ecosystem for investors and traders, with an academy, coaches and an in-house software suite. Lab of Trades is also based on his concepts: a platform for modern, AI-supported trading.
TradeNeon was born out of the desire to create the honest, in-depth trading education I wished I’d had at the start. Today we’re a team of traders and coaches helping others build real market understanding.

Marnie Aramruck
Head of Brand & Psychology
Marnie is a co-founder of TradeNeon and leads the brand’s strategic development as well as the academy’s psychological framework. Her background: communication, coaching, resilience – with training as a Master Emotion Coach, resilience trainer and in methods such as Focusing, EmTrace and Mimic Resonance. Before that, ten years self-employed in event management, marketing and design. At TradeNeon she connects these worlds: brand, communication and the question of what people actually need to make clear decisions in trading.

Christoph Henniger
Head of Software
Christoph is a graduate computer scientist specialised in software engineering and has been self-employed in application development since 2000 – with a strong statistics background from his studies that today feeds directly into the evaluation of trading strategies. He has been actively trading the markets since 2021, with a focus on options and the development of software-supported, semi- to fully-automated trading systems. Over twenty years of software development experience, five of them in the trading space, and a six-figure trading account of his own.

Dr. Jörg Claren
Investor Coach · Market Analyst
Jörg’s professional roots lie in the natural sciences – his doctorate taught him to systematically analyse and interpret complex data. Before moving into finance he spent more than ten years in leadership roles in industry, most recently as Senior Project Manager and Innovation Black Belt at Clariant. Active in trading since 2023 – trained at TradeNeon across all three disciplines: swing trading, day trading and options trading. Today he works alongside Oliver on the market analysis for Level of Interest, applying his scientific methods – structured data analysis, statistical evaluation, pattern recognition – to the financial markets.

René Nollau
Day Trading Coach
René has been actively trading the markets since 2021 and has worked through various strategies and market regimes in that time. His trading education was built up at, among others, the Sparing Investment Academy – the biggest learning curve, however, came from practical application and the consistent refinement of his own strategies. His focus today is on short-term intraday approaches, with a specialisation in working with prop trading firms and external capital structures. As a part-time trader, he knows exactly what efficient execution under limited time really means.

Swing Trading Coach
At TradeNeon, Simon combines trading, market analysis and coaching. His background: a degree in International Business Management, experience in finance and audit, and several years of intensive work with the financial markets. Active in trading since 2022, with a clear focus on swing trading. For him it’s not just about individual setups, but about the wider market environment, risk management and the psychological factors behind it.

Sven Otremba
Head of Strategies
Sven has been actively trading the markets for over 30 years and has lived in Dubai for around 20 years. After dropping out of computer science studies, he taught himself in the direction of quantitative and mechanical trading systems. His focus today is on fully automated strategies for stocks and ETFs, especially in the US market – with long historical data series, broad diversification and systematic backtesting. Rather than trading individual setups discretionarily, he looks for robust rulesets that hold up across many markets and market phases. At TradeNeon he brings this experience, together with Oliver, into Lab of Trades – into the mechanical systems behind the TITAN module. His philosophy: Understand what you trade. Trust no one blindly. And find your own path in the markets.

Video Editor & Content Producer
Maryam is responsible for video editing and content production at TradeNeon. She supports the production of YouTube videos, Reels and social-media formats, ensuring that subject-matter content is presented visually clear, calm and on-brand. Her focus is on clean editing, a comprehensible structure and a modern visual language that makes TradeNeon recognisable.
Why TradeNeon exists
The education Oliver himself would have needed at the start.
TradeNeon was not built from a marketing plan, but from many years of first-hand experience with the contradictions, detours and learning hurdles in trading.
How TradeNeon came to be
The idea behind the TradeNeon Academy did not come from a perfect career plan – it came from many years of first-hand experience in trading.
Oliver Sparing began his training as a precious metals trader in 2011 and discovered the markets in parallel. Like many beginners, he started with great curiosity – and went through the typical early phase with all its learning hurdles.
Strategies, indicators, setups – information was everywhere. But a clear learning path was missing. Over the years he attended various trainings, trading communities and seminars. A lot of it sounded convincing – but day-to-day it quickly became clear that real decision-making ability in the market is not built that way.
In 2014 Oliver found his first profitability in swing and options trading. But his actual goal was day trading. He spent another three years pursuing that path – until in 2017 a London trading floor brought him into the structured environment that made the day-trading breakthrough possible.
Today Oliver works as a trader, as a software developer of market analysis tools, and as a lecturer on order flow analysis. He streams regularly for international platforms such as Bookmap, ATAS and Vol.land and, together with his team, develops analytical software for traders.
The TradeNeon Academy was created from the desire to build the education Oliver himself would have needed at the start: structured, practical and honest about the reality of trading.

Oliver & Marnie.
Two different paths, one shared standard.
Oliver brings the trading know-how since 2011 – trained at a London trading floor, with over 15 years of market experience. Marnie leads the strategic brand development and the psychological framework of the academy – from her background as a Master Emotion Coach and over ten years as an entrepreneur.
Privately we have been together for 17 years and have been working together from day one. Before TradeNeon, we ran an event and music agency for 10 years – with experience in building structures, leading teams and taking entrepreneurial responsibility. That history still shapes how we build TradeNeon today.
